Today i went into srisailam Left Bank canal. AMRP.

We went in a locomotive for more than 10090 meters inside the canals.
It was a wonderful experience going inside the canal that is under constructions.
Me, Prasad, Engineer , and JP engineer went in the locomotive.
It was a hellish forest area in which we went by car following the car of the JP engineers.
There is not net work coverage.
When we are going inside it was a wonderful sight of the going inside it. For the first time i got to observe the train sounds from very close.
The concrete slabs of 9 mts diameter is made around the tunnel all the way in a circular manner.
As we go on forward tracks we saw special tracks designed for the waiting of interchanging between two trains one to wait and others to move.
There was a very long belt which carried all the dust. after the crushing's.
We also saw a ai sender that which sends fresh air into the cave as we don't get oxygen directly.
The air pumper is a French company based one.
We also saw four pipe lines which were meant for chilled water, normal water, leaking to output water, and return water.
In the middle we also saw some kind of small sub stations which may probably contain material related to our use.
finally we entered the machine which we want. It was huge and multi floured.
It has toilets too.
We first went very forward an d saw some belt circulate one which lays and paces on the slabs that are needed to be fitted on the canal.
Forward of it was the cutter circles.
We have 18,12,14, approximately 44 number of cutters each number in these circles.
every circle rotates in opposite directions.
these cutter cut for one stroke which is 1.6 meters, and is verified for every stroke.
again the same.
So the temperature of the cutter need to be maintained at 16 only.
Every cutter may date up to 4 strokes only.
Then we came out taking some small pieces and then just saving them.
I came out and went into factory.
where we see lines that are bent with automatic machine.
then these are cut.
we went into the control panel room which monitors the status to all the cutting in the cave.
we have seen different computers related to them.
Then in the sheds we have seen how those circular are cut , MIG welded, kept in block, mortared and finally made.
This was one of the excellent journeys in my life.
